Construct a livestock exclosure fence around two unnamed springs and associated riparian area on the Cherry Creek Allotment, install a springbox (head box) and/or other collection system at the spring source, and install a pipeline to a livestock trough outside the fenced riparian zone. The need for the proposed project is to restore both springs and the adjoining riparian zone to proper functioning condition, protect the spring and riparian area from future livestock trampling and provide access for livestock and wildlife to a clean, suitable water source.
