Bald Mountain Mine plans to expand the 2/3 pit to the east and west by about 26 acres and the associated waste rock dump by 142 acres. The waste rock pile would extend outside of the existing Plan of Operation boundaries, so the plan boundary would expand by 82 acres. Condemnation drilling of these areas, as well as some exploration drilling within the existing Bald Mountain Mine boundaries would occur under the existing plan of operations permit and bond.
