Nearly 30 years of tradition.

The Silver State Hotshots are based out of  Carson City Nevada.  We look for individuals that are above average in physical and mental conditioning, who can endure the long hot fire season, and who readily accept what the day gives them.  We look for employees who are committed to teamwork and to the crew.
