The Interagency Hotshot Crew Operational Guide mandates that all members of IHS's be required to participate in annual training programs before their assignment each fire season.  This program deemed 24 hour critical training consists of:

Downhill Line Construction Maps & Compass
Line Construction Exercises Sand Table Exercises
First Aid Decision Making Skills

In addition to the 24 hour critical training we will also strive to complete the following courses if possible during the fire season.
